Orders can be placed online at any time.
You’ll receive confirmation via email or WhatsApp after your order is submitted.
Orders are only processed after payment is confirmed.
Stock Availability (Important)
Stock is packed directly from our physical store.
That means: While we aim to keep our website updated, we cannot always guarantee quantities shown online.
If an item is no longer available, we’ll contact you to offer a replacement or refund.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments via [YOCO | EFT | Cash on Collection].
All prices are in South African Rands (ZAR) and include VAT (if applicable).
EFT payments must be made within 2 working days, or your order may be cancelled.
Funds must reflect in our account before order will shipped out.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping & Collection
Nationwide courier delivery is available.
You can also select local pickup at our store in Swartruggens.
Courier times are generally 2–5 business days from dispatch.
You’ll be notified when your order is ready for collection or shipping.
What is your return policy?
Returns & Exchanges
You may return items within 7 days of delivery if:
They are unused,
In original condition and packaging,
And returned with proof of purchase.
Please note:
Custom-made or personalised products cannot be returned.
Return courier fees are your responsibility.
